### 💡 What Does It Do?

Twayback retrieves **recently deleted tweets** (text, video, or both) from **any Twitter handle**, even if:

* The username was changed
* The account was suspended or deleted
* The tweet was removed manually

It uses `web.archive.org` to fetch backups and can optionally **download the video, text, or screenshots**.

```bash
python3 twayback.py -u falah -from 2022-01-05
```

Specify an **ending date**:

```
***
### 🔍 Features
* ✅ Search deleted tweets via Wayback Machine
* 📥 Download tweet **videos**, **text**, or both
* 📸 Option to take **screenshots** of deleted tweets
* 🔁 Supports rotating proxy servers for better stability
* 🗂 Exports results to a **CSV file**
* 🧠 Async scraping for speed and performance
***
### 📄 Output
* A folder named after the username will be created.
* Results will be saved to:
  * `username/username.csv`
  * Any downloaded files will be saved in the same folder.
***
### 🎯 Post Search Options
After tweets are found, you can choose what to do with them:
* `text` – Save text content only
* `download` – Download any available media (video)
* `both` – Do both of the above
* `screenshot` – Take screenshots of the archived tweets
***
### ⚠️ Notes
* If you see `Error 429`, you are being rate-limited by Twitter — **use rotating proxies**.
* Use `-from` and `-to` to narrow your search and speed up the process.
* Results may be incomplete if the tweet was never archived.
***
### 🧪 Proxy Usage
To use proxies, create a `proxy.txt` file with one proxy per line, like:
```
123.45.67.89:8080
98.76.54.32:3128
```
Then run:
```bash
python3 twayback.py -u targetuser --proxy-file proxy.txt
```
